Paul brima bangura - national coordinatorPaul Bangura has been working with CISL as national program coordinator since its arrival in Freetown in 2008. His role consists of the supervision of all operations in Sierra Leone, namely the project design, writing of reports or the development of training materials for the human right education programs. Besides his work for CI, he was a community animator and construction supervisor for Action Aid Sierra Leone, worked as a community health promoter for the Catholic mobile clinic and for MSH Holland. He attended the Institute of professional Management Tower Hill.
and holds an advance Diploma in project Development studies, and a Diploma in Theology. And several certificates in project planning and management and other related human right training certificates. He had served as a civil Society Human right and Development advocate for the past 15 years in Sierra Leone. e-mail: [email protected] project officersDesmond saio Kamara- Program OfficerDesmond Saio Kamara is the program officer for Conscience International Sierra Leone, He holds a bachelors Degree in History at the Fourah-bay College University of Sierra Leone. His role as a program officer is to manage and supervise all projects implementation. He also initiate project proposal, report writing and concept notes, Desmond Saio Kamara also supervise all other staff and ensure they perform their designated duties as prescribed in their Job descriptions. Desmond started working for Conscience International in 2018.
Abu arnold kargbo - icalipAbu Arnold Kargbo has made a tremendous impact working with CISL for the past four months. As the ICALIP project officer, he has been involved in piloting and developing the project. His day-to-day role includes facilitating the running, coordination and development of all centres. Prior to joining CI, he was a government and English literature teacher who offered to volunteer for ICALIP. His enthusiasm and self-motivation soon led to him managing the project. Abu is an English and Sociology graduate from the prestigious Sierra Leonean university Fourah Bay College.
Jestina boyle - gender officerJustina Augusta Boyle has been the gender officer at CISL for the past four years. She is a trained nurse and previously used to work for the Sierra Leone Red Cross, advocating for war-affected children offering posttraumatic stress disorder counseling. She now counsels women and advises them on women’s rights. Her current project involves campaigning against child marriage. She also spends her time working for Women’s World International on women's rights issues.
Davidson grayDavidson Gray is the child protection officer at CISL.
Support staffPatrick b. conteh - finance & admin officerPatrick Conteh has been the admin and finance officer at CISL for over two years. He is enrolled with ACCA (Association of Certified Charted Accountants) and has several years experience in the accounting industry, having previously worked for the Tianshi Group of Companies. He is trained in financial management and is still pursuing finance education.
